Mitchell J. Heaps is an associate attorney with Larson Fowles, PLLC. Mitch was raised in Moses Lake, received an undergraduate degree at Brigham Young University, and received his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Gonzaga University School of Law, cum laude.
Mitch is a general practitioner with an emphasis in civil and commercial litigation. He has successfully represented clients in insurance coverage, consumer protection and construction defects cases. Additionally, Mitch represents landlords and property management companies in landlord-tenant disputes, and individuals in various family law matters.
Mitch is the current President of Volunteer Legal Services, a non-profit volunteer program which provides free legal services to indigent clients in Grant and Adams Counties.
